Spread the Light 2024 marked the very first public Eid light display in St George’s Square, delivered as part of the Colours of Eid festival hosted by Alif New Beginnings. The display brought colour, joy, and visibility to the heart of Luton, inviting the whole community to share in the celebration. The strong community engagement and positive feedback, including encouragement from Luton BID, inspired Alif New Beginnings to develop Spread the Light into an annual project, expanding its reach and impact.
